We will notify you once we have created a pick up route.

Please note CCC Transportation policy. 

​

• All children under 18 must be accompanied by the parent or legal guardian. 

​

• Once you have been notified of your pick up time, please be ready and waiting for the van to arrive.

​

• Requests for transportation must be made no later than Friday at noon.

​

• Due to the limited space in our church van, we may not be able to accommodate all requests for drives.
